TeamHealth seeks clinicians to provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy in post-acute and long-term care settings across Chicago and Naperville, IL. This full-time role offers autonomy with support from the organization.

Active IL LCPC or LMFT licensure is required; LCSW is not considered at this time. New grads are welcome and will benefit from onboarding training and strong back-office infrastructure.

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

• Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes: Chicago and Naperville, Illinois

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated compensation range of $83,637 - $99,164 annually with no cap on productivity income
• Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
• Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
