A behavioral health company is seeking a Psychotherapist Supervisor to provide supervision for clinical psychotherapists in a team-oriented environment. This role allows for flexible scheduling and offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $50 to $70. Candidates must be fully licensed and are encouraged to collaborate actively with a diverse team to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Significant prior clinical experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision for clinical psychotherapists.
• Collaborate actively in a team-based format with other providers.
• Coordinate care for patients through virtual team meetings.

Job Requirements

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.) and open to licensing in alternative states.
