Flourish Therapy & Wellness in Morristown, New Jersey is seeking an empathetic LSW/LSW‑type clinician (LSCW, LAC, LPC) with eating disorders experience to join our hybrid, NJ‑based team. Schedule: Flexible – minimum 8-10 hours/week

Location: Hybrid, must live in New Jersey

Compensation:

• LCSW:$65–$70 per session, depending on experience
• LSW:$50 per session, depending on experience

We are a boutique private practice located in Morristown, New Jersey that’s values‑driven and committed to compassionate, inclusive care with a clinical focus on eating disorders, body image, and related mental‑health concerns. We embrace a Health at Every Size (HAES)–aligned approach and support one another in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

We’re seeking an empathetic, clinically skilled LSW, LAC, LSCW or LPC with experience treating eating disorders to join our remote team (potential for in‑person hours). This role offers free clinical supervision (for LSWs working toward licensure), flexible scheduling, and the convenience of working from home. You will be encouraged to advertise yourself, and we do cover the cost of a Psychology Today page. We encourage applicants who are open and motivated, and bring suggestions to the table (ex., wanting to start a group, etc)

Duties

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, focusing on evidence‑based practices.
• Provide individual therapy for clients with eating disorders and related issues
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Complete credentialing with major insurance panels (we’ll guide the process)

Experience

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Licensure as a Psychotherapist or equivalent in the state of practice is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations are crucial for success in this role.
