Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is seeking a Psychotherapist supervisor to enhance access to high-quality behavioral health care through telehealth services. This role allows for autonomy in practice while ensuring coordination with a diverse clinical team. The ideal candidate will have the necessary licensure and demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ community.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Significant prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to supervisees.
• Collaborate actively in a team-based format.

• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.
• Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.

Job Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.) and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
