Overview

BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led, patient-centered, collaborative behavioral health company of mental health professionals committed to improving access to high-quality mental health care. Each clinician is dedicated to evidence-based care with the objective of making services more available to those in need, including rural areas, while leveraging telehealth for privacy, security, and convenience.

Psychotherapist supervisor $200 per supervisee

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy supervision within the team-based care model, coordinating with psychiatric prescribers and counselors to ensure integrated treatment planning.
• Maintain autonomy in clinical decision-making in the best interest of the patient, with minimal corporate administrative interference.
• Manage caseloads that build rapidly, with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across the company.
• Engage in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases and clinical topics.
• Perform clinical work from home with flexible days and hours chosen by the clinician; participate in virtual clinical team meetings.
• Operate within an hourly compensation structure; participate in medical insurance benefits for full-time hours where applicable.

Job Requirements

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.) and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Salary: $50 - $70 USD hourly
