A leading behavioral health company in Massachusetts seeks a Telepsychotherapist Supervisor to enhance access to high-quality mental health care. Responsibilities include supervising telepsychology cases with autonomy and collaborating with clinical teams. Candidates must hold a full license and preferably have experience with diverse populations. This role offers flexible scheduling and a collaborative environment while providing competitive hourly compensation from $50 to $70.

Formación

• Must be fully licensed and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Significant prior clinical experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise telepsychology cases with autonomy.
• Collaborate with a team of therapists and prescribers.
• Conduct regular clinical team meetings virtually.

Job Requirements
