Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is seeking a Psychotherapist Supervisor to support mental health services through telehealth. This role offers flexible hours, autonomy, and encourages collaboration within a team of diverse health professionals. Qualifications

• Must possess a valid license for therapy in applicable states.
• Preferred clinical experience in psychotherapy, but not mandatory.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ is desired.

Responsibilities

• Practice autonomously in the best interest of patients.
• Engage actively in team-based formats for patient coordination.
• Conduct clinical work from home, scheduling flexibility allowed.

• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.
• Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.

Job Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.) and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
