Job summary

A behavioral health company is seeking a Psychotherapist Supervisor to provide telehealth consultations for patients in need of mental health care. The ideal candidate is fully licensed and enjoys working collaboratively in a team-based format. Responsibilities include attending virtual meetings and coordinating care for a diverse patient population. Compensation is hourly with a salary range of $50-$70 per supervisee. This position offers autonomy and flexibility, allowing clinicians to work from home and set their own hours.

Qualifications

• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full‑time hours.

Job Requirements

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.) and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
