Carter Psychology Center in Bradenton, FL is seeking a dedicated Psychometrist to join our practice. You will administer and score standardized psychological and neuropsychological test batteries across ages 3 to 90+, working closely with experienced clinicians.

We offer hands-on experience across lifespan testing and training for the right candidate, with a focus on precise, compassionate diagnostic services and patient care in an in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Meet at least one of these minimum criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related health field; Master’s in mental health; At least one year of experience administering psychological or neuropsychological tests.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Psychometrist to join our growing practice. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced clinicians and gain hands-on experience delivering evaluation services across the lifespan (ages 3 to 90+), with a focus on adult and geriatric neuropsychological testing. You will be responsible for administering and scoring standardized psychological and neuropsychological test batteries. For the right candidate, we are fully willing and able to train for the position.

Responsibilities

• Administer and score standardized psychological and neuropsychological tests for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
• Uphold the accuracy, standardized protocol, and integrity of all testing procedures.

Qualifications and requirements

Meet at least one of these minimum criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related health field.
• Master’s degree in a mental health profession.
• At least one year of experience administering psychological or neuropsychological tests.

Preferred, but not required:

• Certified Specialist in Psychometry or equivalent psychometrist certification.
• Prior hands-on experience with standardized testing batteries.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

Pay and benefits

$18.00–$26.00 per hour. Benefits include dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

This is an in-person role in Bradenton, FL 34207. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work.
