Job summary

Inpatient Psychology Solutions (IPS) is seeking a Psychological Assessment Specialist/Psychometrist to join our team. The role emphasizes independent work, high ethical standards, and delivering quality patient care.

The candidate will administer and interpret tests, maintain data confidentiality, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary IPS team. A Master’s degree and at least 2 years of psychometric testing experience are required, with CSP designation preferred.

Qualifications

• CSP designation or equivalent certification is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of psychometric testing experience.
• Ability to work independently with high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests.
• Maintain high test reliability and confidentiality of data.
• Provide written summaries of testing sessions, including parent/peer interactions.
• Manage patient caseload in the greater Augusta area.
• Record and input detailed notes into the EMR.
• Collaborate with IPS care team for comprehensive care.
• Assist in training and supervision of other clinicians.
