Qualifications

  • Must hold a doctoral degree in psychology from APA/PCSAS/CPA accredited program.
  • Completion of APA/CPA internship or equivalent as documented.
  • Hold a full, current, unrestricted psychology license where required.
  • Proficient English speaking and writing per VA standards.
  • Experience in program management and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Organize work, set priorities, delegate tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Apply evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines appropriately.
  • Guide staff in using tools and guidelines for patient care.
  • Collaborate with diverse staff and external partners effectively.
