Job summary

CBSUPPORTS is hiring part-time ABA technicians to provide in-home services to children with autism in New Jersey.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. The schedule currently includes Monday–Friday 3:30 pm–6:00 pm and Saturday 1:00 pm–6:00 pm, totaling 20 hours per week. A 6-month commitment and completion of the 40-hour RBT course are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
