Job summary

Comprehensive Behavior Supports in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to support children with Autism in home and community settings. No experience required, with on-the-job training through BK Academy.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, collect session data, and collaborate with families and our clinical team to reinforce independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part‑time.
• Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical Schedule: after‑school hours during the week, additional hours available on the weekends
