Job summary

CBS is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings after school hours.

No experience is required; we welcome eager learners and compassionate individuals. BK Academy training and 40-hour RBT courses are encouraged.

Join a supportive clinical team, record data accurately, collaborate with families, and help children with Autism develop independence while gaining valuable real-world experience in a thriving field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical Schedule: after-school hours during the week, additional hours available on the weekends
