Qualifications

• Master's degree in the discipline, OR a Master's with 18 graduate hours in the discipline.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in the field relevant to PSY.
• Relevant industry certifications and licenses related to the field.
• College-level teaching experience.
• Experience with Moodle, Canvas, or other learning management systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to student success.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned PSY courses in alignment with departmental outcomes and policies.
• Deliver engaging instruction using current teaching methodologies and learning technologies.
• Provide students with clear instructions and timely feedback on graded work.
• Maintain attendance and grade records in the LMS and institutional systems.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful learning environment for diverse students.
• Remain on site for the full duration of in-person class meetings.
• Attend required orientation, training, and professional development activities.
