Motlow State Community College is accepting applications for an Adjunct Psychology Faculty (Pool). The position offers teaching opportunities across campuses in middle Tennessee, with a focus on high-quality instruction and student success.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in psychology or a related field and relevant graduate coursework. Preferred qualifications include a doctoral degree and CC teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Proficient computer skills including databases and basic office software.
• Knowledge of FERPA confidentiality policies and practices.

Responsabilités

• Teach courses as assigned and travel to area campuses as needed (up to 12 credit hours/semester).
• Collaborate with faculty, department lead, and administration on curricular needs.
• Support students and college operations; participate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Stay current with developments in the discipline and incorporate updates into instruction.
• Contribute to curricular and cocurricular activities within the college.
• Maintain availability to communicate with students and meet them as needed.
• Respond promptly to dean's requests and submit paperwork timely.
• Perform duties according to MSCC policies and other duties as assigned.
