Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology; experience in teaching at the community college setting is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Proficiency in using information technology to support teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare syllabi and develop curricula to address course requirements and student learning outcomes.
• Use assessment methods to measure student understanding.
• Maintain communication with students, department and division staff throughout the semester.
• Engage in professional development activities to maintain teaching excellence.
• Submit midterm and final grade reports and attendance records by due dates.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Dean per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
