Job summary

Watson Clinic is seeking a Telehealth Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join its very busy Behavioral Health team in Lakeland, FL. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule (outpatient clinic and telehealth) with hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and a strong emphasis on psychotherapy with adults; pediatric experience is a plus.

FP: FL license or eligibility; EPIC EMR is used. The practice is physician-led and multi-specialty, located in central Florida with no state income tax advantages.

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current Florida psychology license or eligibility.
• Experience in psychotherapy with adults; expertise with children/adolescents and PTSD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to adults; experience with children/adolescents desirable.
• Hybrid outpatient and telehealth; EPIC EMR used; no evenings or weekends.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health team and primary care physicians.

Our ideal candidate would be someone with experience and familiar with the multi-specialty clinics.

A Hybrid schedule would be preferred, but open to fully tele-psych as well.

Psychologist (PhD, PsyD) - Lakeland, FL

Watson Clinic is seeking a full-time Telehealth Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join the very busy, expanding Behavioral Health team. Hours for position are, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (40 hours/week).

Watson Clinic is a large Physician-owned, multi-specialty practice in beautiful Lakeland, FL. Our behavioral health team treats a wide variety of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. Primary duties are psychotherapy with adults, but expertise with children and adolescents is also desirable. Expertise in treatment of PTSD and related disorders is necessary.

Requirements:

• Completion of an earned doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an accredited college or university.
• Possession of current license to practice as a psychologist in the state of Florida
