Integrity Psychological Services is a boutique group psychology practice with over 20 compassionate clinicians and an amazing psychiatric nurse practitioner in Monroeville, PA. To accommodate our growth, we are excited to welcome up to four Pennsylvania-licensed therapists (Psy. D., Ph.D, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our team. We are seeking therapists and psychologists interested in working with any or all of the following: children, teens, adults, and/or couples. We'll support you in focusing on your preferred client groups, so that you can enjoy more career satisfaction and excellence in your work.

Requirements:

• Hold an active license to practice in Pennsylvania
• Enjoy collaborative consultation and ongoing professional development
• Define your clinical style and preferred client population
• Maintain prompt communication with clients and engage in Telehealth sessions
• Have a designated confidential workspace for tele-health sessions and be available for in-person sessions in Monroeville at least one day a week
• Comfortable with technology for web-based practice systems
• Excel in client retention via use of evidence-based interventions

Compensation: $100,000+ gross income based on caseload size.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual or couples therapy to high-functioning clients in Monroeville, PA, either through our secure telehealth platform or in-person sessions.
• Ensure thorough documentation in compliance with the legal and ethical standards of your licensure.
• Maintain prompt, professional communication with the admin team through phone or email when necessary.
• Utilize the EHR system and client portal effectively. We will provide training on our EHR, CarePaths.
• Manage and communicate your availability to the admin team while maintaining your schedule.

Qualifications:

• Should be credentialed with Highmark, UPMC, and/or Aetna insurance providers.
• Must possess an active PA clinical license, as we cannot provide supervision for licensure at this time.
• Interest in attending monthly case consultation/peer supervision
• Ability to professionally network with peers on cross referrals when needed
• Proficiency in using technology for remote work, such as video sessions and emails, is required.
• Skilled in working with clients focused on personal growth and development.
• Expected to conduct 20 to 25+ sessions per week full-time.
