• National Provider Identifier required at hire.
• Must be familiar with DSM-V for diagnosis.
• Experience assessing, diagnosing and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develops and evaluates clinical treatment programs for mental health patients in outpatient settings.
• Provides psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and groups and educates about treatment plans and medications.
• Collaborates with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to plan and direct patient treatment.
