Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed Clinical/Testing Psychologists in the Columbia, MO area who are passionate about patient care. This role offers testing services, psychotherapy, or both, with flexible schedules and autonomy over your caseload.

As a W2 employee, you will enjoy a hybrid model (telemedicine and in-person), competitive compensation up to $140,000 with no cap plus an annual bonus, comprehensive benefits, and modern offices with full admin support.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Missouri, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experience conducting assessments with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience with testing intakes, battery planning, reports and feedback.
• Hybrid role based in Columbia

Responsibilities

Our Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Psychologists who are:

• Fully licensed in Missouri, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experienced with conducting a variety of assessments with the adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions.
• This is a hybrid role, candidates should be based in Columbia.
