Job summary

Gould Medical Group in Modesto, CA seeks a licensed psychologist for outpatient mental health services across all ages. You will provide individual and group psychotherapy and have opportunities for family/couples work. Testing experience with ages 5-16, ADHD and autism preferred.

The role offers autonomy over hours and modality, with a growing group and no inpatient duties. A California psychologist license is required.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from APA-accredited program.
• Current California license as a Psychologist.
• Training and experience in psychological assessment and testing.
• Strong knowledge of standardized assessment instruments, test interpretation and report writing.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy (including family/couples work where applicable).
• Conduct psychological assessments and testing for ages 5-16, ADHD and autism testing preferred.
• Work in outpatient mental health clinic with a diverse patient population.
• Maintain low paperwork demands and avoid inpatient work.

Position Details

• Position available in Modesto, CA
• Base salary $155,000 - $165,000
• Behavioral Health department consists of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Advanced Practicing Clinicians
• Freedom to set work hours, schedule, treatment modality, treatment length, and patient population
• Some telework available onsite
• All age ranges
• Experience in testing with ages 5-16 years old, particularly for ADHD and autism is preferred
• Low paperwork demands
• No inpatient work
• Stable and growing group

Qualifications
