Centurion Health is partnering with the Missouri Department of Corrections to hire a Psychologist for the Women’s Eastern Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center in Vandalia, MO. The role is hybrid: 3 days in-person, 2 days remote, with daytime hours Monday through Friday.

The psychologist will lead assessments and treatment of mental health disorders, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure quality care within a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active clinical psychologist license in Missouri, or ability to obtain.
• Experience in a forensic setting preferred.
• Background check, drug screen and security clearance required.
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule; hybrid with 2 remote days and 3 in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological leadership, consultation and direct services for patients in the facility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for assessment and treatment of mental and emotional disorders.
• Deliver evidence-based mental health care and crisis management as part of a correctional health team.

Hybrid Psychologist Opportunity

We are currently seeking a full-time Psychologist to join our team at Women's Eastern Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center in Vandalia, Missouri. This hybrid role will consist of 3 days per week in person, and 2 days per week worked remotely.

The Psychologist provides psychological leadership, consultation and direct services for patients in an assigned facility. The Psychologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in providing assessment and treatment of mental and emotional disorders of patients.

Requirements

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited institution
• Active clinical psychologist license in Missouri, or ability to obtain
• Experience in a forensic setting preferred
• Must be able to pass background investigation, drug screen, and obtain agent security clearance
• Monday through Friday, daytime schedule. Hybrid position with 2 days per week worked remotely, and 3 days per week in-person.
