Overview

Our client is seeking School Psychologists for Somerset County beginning in September. Starting at $62/hr.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of child development and psychological theories
• Expertise in conducting psychoeducational assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to analyze data and develop evidence-based interventions
• Crisis intervention and management skills
• Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines related to student privacy and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the Child Study field
• NJ State Certifications
• Experience treating young adult populations
• Ability to complete and pass background checks prior to starting
• School-based experience with Administrative Codes, Rules, and Regulations
• Experience with Time Management, meeting Deadlines, and Diverse School Settings
• Familiarity with evaluations, therapy, and case management
• Must be willing to obtain register/archive fingerprints under Delta-T Group codes
