Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dedicated psychologist to join our team, offering a mix of telehealth and in-person appointments. You will conduct diagnostic evaluations using intellectual and neuropsychological testing and measure/interprete test results to monitor neurocognitive and emotional status.

Responsibilities include performing screenings for children and adolescents with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders, providing feedback to families, and maintaining EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed clinical psychologist or neuropsychologist in practicing state.
• Prior testing experience preferred; training will be provided.
• A desire to work with children is essential; training will be available.
• Experience with ASD is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated psychologist to join our team, offering a mix of telehealth and in-person appointments. In this role, you will:

Conduct diagnostic evaluations utilizing intellectual and neuropsychological testing.

Measure and interpret test results, designing protocols to monitor clients' neurocognitive and emotional status.

Perform screenings and evidence-based outpatient evaluations for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental disorders, providing timely feedback to families.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record, including writing letters, notes, and formal reports on client contacts.

Communicate client progress via phone and electronic medical record as appropriate.

Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings, conducting 4-6 tests per week with a typical intake and feedback timeframe of 4-6 weeks.

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed clinical psychologist or neuropsychologist in your practicing state.

Prior testing experience is preferred, but training will be provided.

A desire to work with children is essential; no prior experience necessary as training will be available.

Experience with ASD is a plus, but not required.

Bilingual is a plus.

Bonus Plan:

Psychologists can earn a monthly bonus of $600-$1,200 based on the average number of developmental and complex assessments completed.
