Sagent Behavioral Health in Baxter, MN is seeking a Psychologist for an on-site, full-time position to provide evaluations and psychotherapy across client ages.

The role offers a manageable caseload, flexible scheduling, and a compensation range of $70,000 to $125,000 with comprehensive benefits and W-2 status.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota (LP) or pursuing LP licensure.
• Comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a plus.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological evaluations to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence.
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to patients within the psychologist’s scope of competence.
• Design and implement treatment plans and ongoing therapy.
• Provide clinical supervision to master’s or doctorate level providers if needed.
• Maintain legible outpatient records per policy requirements.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings, case reviews, and peer reviews.
• Complete Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation in a timely manner.

As a Psychologist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide psychological evaluations and/or psychotherapy to patients. You’ll do this by drawing upon your training and experience to meet the client where they’re at.

• Responsible for timely completion of Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota (LP) or pursuing LP licensure.
• Must be comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a plus.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Compensation: This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually.

• Post Doctoral: $70,000 - $75,000
• Licensed Psychologist: $95,000 - $125,000
• Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE.
• Employees in these positions are W2.
