Job summary

Strategic Resilience Group seeks a Psychological Operations (PSYOP) / MISO Planner to operate on-site at Fort Meade, MD. The role focuses on planning and integrating MISO/PSYOP activities to support operational objectives, with emphasis on Target Audience Analysis and influence messaging.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years in MISO/PSYOP planning, and experience with JOPP/MDMP. You will coordinate with interagency and joint partners and develop MOE/MOP assessments to guide

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Poly.
• 8+ years in MISO, PSYOP, or Information Operations planning.
• 5+ years supporting service- or joint-level planning.
• Experience with JOPP or MDMP.
• On-site work at Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities

• Plan and integrate MISO / PSYOP or IO activities in support of operational objectives
• Conduct and apply Target Audience Analysis (TAA) to inform influence strategies
• Develop and support MISO series, themes, messages, and supporting products
• Contribute to CONOPs, OPLANs, OPORDs, and annexes within the Joint Planning Process (JOPP) or MDMP
• Coordinate across interagency, joint, and coalition partners

• Develop and track Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP)
• Support assessment and evaluation of influence operations

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance (must be able to obtain/maintain CI Poly)
• 8+ years of experience in MISO, PSYOP, or Information Operations planning
• 5+ years supporting service-level or joint-level planning efforts
• Experience with Joint Planning Process (JOPP) or MDMP
• Demonstrated experience with: Target Audience Analysis (TAA)
  MISO series development / influence planning
  MOE/MOP assessment frameworks
• Ability to work on-site in a secure facility (Fort Meade, MD)
• Valid passport (or ability to obtain)

Graduate of one or more:

Psychological Operations Qualification Course (POQC)

Joint Information Operations Planner Course (JIOPC) or equivalent

Joint Cyber Operations Planner Course (JCOPC)

Defense OPSEC Planner Course (DOPC)

Military Deception Planner Course (MILDEC)

Experience supporting USCYBERCOM, CCMD J39, or Joint Task Force environments

Familiarity with cyber-enabled information operations
