Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Psychological Operations Planner to join a team focused on advancing national security through PSYOP planning and coordination.

You will integrate PSYOP activities with other domains and brief senior leaders on risks and opportunities, ensuring mission-aligned messaging and culturally aware execution. The role requires a US Army PSYOP qualification, TS/SCI with Polygraph eligibility, and experience with Joint Planning and military campaign processes.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of the US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course.
• 3-10 years’ experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing Psychological Operations (PSYOP).
• 5 years demonstrated experience in military planning processes including Joint Planning Process, military decision-making process, joint targeting process, and/or military campaign planning.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and integrates PSYOP activities in support of operational and strategic objectives.
• Develops and refining PSYOP concepts and messaging using academic research, behavioral science, and audience analysis.
• Coordinates PSYOP planning with interagency partners, allies, coalition forces, host-nation stakeholders, academia, media partners, and vendors.
• Supports media campaign planning and execution by aligning PSYOP messaging with approved media and strategic communication efforts.
• Advises planners and senior leaders on PSYOP risks, opportunities, and second- and third-order effects.
