Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking psychiatrists in Washington with BE/BC and an active WA license. Candidates should have or be willing to obtain an Oregon license, and be experienced in medication management and psychotherapy for patients across the lifespan.

This role is 100% outpatient, with a hybrid telemedicine and in-person model, offering strong compensation, sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package in a collegial, modern environment.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in the state of Washington, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA.
• Have or willing to obtain Oregon license as well.
• Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy.
• Experienced in working with children & adolescents or across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient work with no nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
• Hybrid model - Telemedicine and in-person flexibility.
• Provide psychiatry services including medication management and psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with clinical team to care for patients.
