LifeStance Health is seeking Adult Psychiatrists in Utah for full-time outpatient practice with a hybrid work arrangement. No nights or hospital calls, and no weekends, with 100% outpatient duties and a supportive team environment.

The role offers above-market compensation with uncapped earnings, a sign-on bonus for full-time staff, comprehensive benefits, and modern offices, plus strong work/life balance and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Utah BE/BC in Psychiatry with an unrestricted DEA license.
• Residency in the US completed or near completion.
• Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient psychiatric care in a hybrid model.
• Manage medications and provide psychotherapy as part of patient care.
• Collaborate with a collegial team and utilize latest digital technology.

Adult Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Adult Psychiatrists that are:

• Fully licensed in Utah BE/BC in Psychiatry, unencumbered DEA license.
• Must have completed a residency in the US or near completion.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
• Hybrid role.
