Job summary

Mindoula is seeking an Oregon-licensed, Board-Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our Collaborative Care Program as an independent contractor in a fully virtual model.

You will provide scheduled case reviews, submit timely consult notes, and support care in primary care and pediatric settings, while training staff on integrated behavioral health practices.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon medical license required.
• Board Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry required.
• Strong interest in integrated, virtual, and measurement-based care models required.
• Experience pediatrics required.
• Willingness to become licensed in additional states preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled case reviews and consultations to care managers regarding the psychiatric care of assigned C&A patients.
• Submit written consult notes with medication recommendations within 24 hours.
• Support ongoing treatment in primary care and pediatric settings and advise on transitions to more intensive services.
• Provide indirect psychiatric case reviews and consults while maintaining primary care ownership with referring clinicians.
• Contribute to training of primary care and pediatric staff on behavioral health and integrated care practices.

What You ll Do

• Provide scheduled case reviews and consultations to care managers regarding the psychiatric care of assigned C&A patients.
• Submit written consult notes with medication recommendations and other treatment updates within 24 hours, finalized in Mindoula s Member Registry.
• Support ongoing treatment in the primary care and pediatric setting and recommend transitions to more intensive or specialized mental health services as needed.
• Provide indirect psychiatric case reviews and consults, clearly communicating non-direct treatment recommendations while ensuring referring clinicians retain primary care ownership.
• Contribute to the training of primary care and pediatric staff and providers on behavioral health conditions and integrated care best practices.
