Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatry Physician for a locum tenens assignment in an outpatient setting. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, for a one-year assignment.

Responsibilities include medication management visits in 15-minute increments and psychiatric evaluations in 60-minute increments, with approximately 6–7 clinical hours per shift. NJ licensure is required, and Epic EMR is used for documentation.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active New Jersey medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatry care for child and adolescent patients.
• Perform medication management visits and psychiatric evaluations.
• Manage 1–7 new consults per day with follow-ups as needed.
• Document in Epic EMR.
