LifeStance Health in Maryland is seeking a fully licensed psychiatrist for a full-time, outpatient practice. We offer a hybrid model with on-site and telehealth, and a compensation plan with uncapped earnings. New hires receive comprehensive benefits and strong administrative support.

This role focuses on 100% outpatient care, with no nights or hospital calls, enabling a strong work-life balance and a modern, collegial office environment.
