Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatry Physician for locum tenens coverage in Lancaster, CA. Start ASAP with shifts 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (5 days) or 7:30 AM–6:00 PM (4 days). You’ll work with a community-based mental health team and treat adults 18+.

This facility is seeking a Psychiatry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Start upon completion of credentialing, 5 days per week, 8am - 4:30pm or 4 days per week 7:30am - 6pm.
• Practice Setting: Mental Health Center - working with a team in the community out of a county vehicle.
• Scope: Adults ages 18+
• Credentialing Timeframe: ~ 4 Weeks
• State Licensure: California
• Requirements: Board Eligible or Certified, Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and use of Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
