Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the Columbia area to deliver outpatient psychiatric care for patients aged 6 and up, including medication management and therapy, in a flexible hybrid office setting under a W2 employed model.

Competitive compensation ($142,000–$190,000), sign-on bonus, annual incentive, CME reimbursement, and a 401k match are offered; start in November with strong work/life balance and supportive team.

Qualifications

• Local to and fully licensed PMHNP in South Carolina.
• Outpatient experience of 6+ months preferred.
• Board Certified with full prescribing ability.
• Experience with medication management and therapy.
• Experience with children and adolescents aged 6 and up.

Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking NPs that are:

• Local to and fully licensed (PMHNP) in South Carolina.
• Beyond 6 months of employed outpatient experience.
• Board Certified with full prescribing ability.
• Experienced in both medication management and therapy.
• Experienced with child and adolescent, ages 6+.
