Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for Minnesota outpatient clinics in a hybrid work model. Roles can be full-time or part-time (20+ hours weekly) with no nights or weekends and a comprehensive benefits package.

Applicants must be Minnesota-licensed BE/BC PMHNP with an unencumbered DEA and at least 1 year of PMHNP experience, capable of medication management and therapy within a supportive team. Compensation includes a sign-on bonus and ample growth opportunities.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners that are:

• Fully licensed in Minnesota BE/BC, unencumbered DEA.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a PMHNP

Compensation range $201,000 - $259,000 annually + Sign on bonus (full-time) + Full benefits
