LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in California. The role supports both medication management and psychotherapy within a hybrid in-office/remote setting.

30+ hours weekly with full-time options, located in San Jose, CA, offering competitive compensation and sign-on benefits. The candidate should be PMHNP-certified, licensed in California, with 1+ years of independent practice and experience with adults or youth populations.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California (PMHNP) and board-certified.
• At least 1 year of independent psych NP practice.
• Experience with adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Experience providing medication management and psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy as desired and required.
• Deliver medication management for psychiatric patients.
• Help shape caseload and patient scheduling with flexibility for work-life balance.

Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Nurse Practitioners that are:

• Licensed in California
• PMHNP certified
• 1 plus years of independent psych NP experience
• Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.

We are actively seeking a full-time (30 hours or more) Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our group in California. While working with us, you will have the ability to treat the way you want to treat. Nurse Practitioners with us have the opportunity to do as much or as little psychotherapy as they like. Additionally , providers have the ability to create their caseload and number of patients they would like to see.
