Job summary

The University of Arizona, Tucson Campus, seeks a part-time Clinical Research Coordinator I to support an OCD intervention study. Responsibilities include coordinating IRB correspondence, recruiting and scheduling participants, tracking study progress, and assisting with running participants when needed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and up to 1 year of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Up to 1 year of relevant work experience required.
• Experience with clinical interviewing and screening preferred.
• Experience running research participants and collecting data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and review recruitment activities, including community-based recruitment and activities.
• Work closely with participants to assist them through the various protocol elements of the research study.
• Data entry for clinical study protocols and preparation of reports.
• Assist in research coordination to include administrative support schedule coordination, intake and maintaining records/files.
• Prepare documents for submission to Research Intake and IRB, including protocols and consent forms, working with faculty, residents, external sponsors and internal departments.
• Assist with administrative tasks associated with the program.
