Job summary

Vintage Behavioral Healthcare Center LLC is seeking an experienced Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to provide psychiatric leadership, medical oversight, and clinical guidance for our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and broader behavioral health services.

This physician-level leadership role requires collaboration with physicians, therapists, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to promote safe, evidence-based care, with a focus on treating complex mental health and co-occurring conditions in an

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted physician license.
• ABPN board certification in psychiatry or completion of psychiatry residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician-level psychiatric and medical oversight for the PHP.
• Lead clinical standards, treatment protocols, and psychiatric practices within PHP.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team on planning, progress, and discharge planning.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, monitor effects and safety.
• Ensure documentation quality and compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
