Position Overview:
Meridian Counseling is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically skilled Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team. This role combines direct patient psychiatric care with clinical collaboration and mentorship for a team of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), 103 NP classification nurses governed by AB890. The Psychiatrist will work closely under the guidance of the Medical Director to support high-quality psychiatric care, clinical best practices, provider development, and interdisciplinary collaboration across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to help shape psychiatric programming within a supportive and mission-driven outpatient mental health practice. This role also includes the potential for profit‑sharing opportunities based on organizational and provider performance.
