Position Overview:
Meridian Counseling is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically skilled Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team. This role combines direct patient psychiatric care with clinical collaboration and mentorship for a team of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) and 103 NP classification nurses governed by AB890.
The Psychiatrist will work closely under the guidance of the Medical Director to support high‑quality psychiatric care, clinical best practices, provider development, and interdisciplinary collaboration across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to help shape psychiatric programming within a supportive and mission‑driven outpatient mental health practice.
This role also includes the potential for profit‑sharing opportunities based on organizational and provider performance.
