Job summary

Baptist Health Beaches in Jacksonville is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible geriatric psychiatrist with outpatient experience to join our growing behavioral health team. This role focuses on longitudinal care for older adults in an ambulatory setting.

You will perform comprehensive outpatient evaluations and work collaboratively with primary care physicians and specialists across Baptist Health’s network.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible geriatric psychiatrist with outpatient experience.
• MD or DO with active or eligible Florida medical license; DEA license required.
• Willingness to work in an ambulatory setting and provide longitudinal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists across Baptist Health's network for integrated care.
• Contribute to medical education alongside UF psychiatry residents.
