Opportunity Details:

• Review of initial psychiatric evaluations conducted by therapists and ongoing treatment of these patients.
• Full assessment and management of Medication Management only cases.
• Concrete services such as medication prior authorization, disability reports, requests for home health services/Medicaid services/Transportation services, other health insurance-related issues, documentation for referrals/employers/legal issues, etc.
• Participate in staff meetings and supervision by the OPD Directoras needed.
• Participate in all educational activities including required mandatory trainings, Grand Rounds, PI meetings, and Incident Review meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Active New York State Medical License.

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $267,900* (board eligible); $278,200* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $438,690** (board eligible) and $450,020** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000***.
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
• Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
• Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
