Acloché LLC invites applications for a Psychiatrist - Outpatient in East Chicago, IN. This full-time, permanent position features Monday–Friday scheduling with occasional weekend/holiday rounding and opportunities to design your practice within a premier, tech-forward setting.

Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, psychotropic management, combined therapies, and collaborative care with primary teams while maintaining EMR accuracy and pursuing quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be BC/BE by ABPN with a plan for certification.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and EMR proficiency.

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, evaluating efficacy and side effects.
• Utilize psychotherapeutic methods in combination with pharmacological treatments.
• Collaborate with primary care, social work, and nursing teams for integrated behavioral health support.
• Maintain accurate EMR and participate in clinical quality reviews.

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent | Monday - Friday | Weekend/Holiday Rounding 1:8 or better

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including diagnostic interviews and mental status examinations, to develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, evaluating efficacy and side effects to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize psychotherapeutic methods in conjunction with pharmacological treatments to manage acute and chronic mental health conditions
• Partner with primary care, social work, and nursing teams to provide integrated behavioral health support across clinical settings
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EHR) and participate in clinical quality reviews to enhance patient safety and care standards

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
