Job summary

Munson Healthcare’s Behavioral Health team is seeking a BE/BC psychiatrist to join a growing outpatient service in Michigan. The role involves collaboration with the Psychiatry Department Chief and leadership, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a few home-call nights monthly.

Hybrid work includes telehealth plus one day weekly at the Munson site. The position supports an expanding department, with mentorship and teaching opportunities for residents and students, and requires MD/DO with Michigan

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board eligible or board-certified to practice in Michigan.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ Behavioral Health experience preferred.

Day Shift | Full-time | On-Call

Summary: Munson Healthcare’s Behavioral Health team is offering a full-time opportunity for BE/BC psychiatrist to join our team. This position is for expanding outpatient psychiatric services for Munson Healthcare. The psychiatry department is expanding, and leadership is eager to help you explore your clinical interests. This department hosts a mix of third and fourth-year medical students, family medicine residents, and psychiatry residents.

Position Duties/Highlights Include

• Works in collaboration with a Psychiatrist, Substance Use Disorder Medical Director, and Psychiatry Department Chief.
• Schedule is Monday – Friday with approximately 3 nights of home call per month
• Hybrid outpatient services (telehealth plus one day her week at MHC site)
• Full-time
