Base pay range

$240,000.00/yr - $320,000.00/yr

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to provide high-quality behavioral health services to a diverse patient population. The clinician will perform psychiatric assessments, prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. This position plays a key role in supporting the mental health and well-being of individuals across a range of diagnoses and treatment needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management visits.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, including prescribing, adjusting, or discontinuing medications as clinically appropriate.
• Provide education to patients and families on mental health conditions, medication effects, and treatment expectations.
• Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization when required.
• Participate in case discussions and interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate holistic care for patients with complex needs.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Ensure smooth transitions of care between internal programs, external behavioral health providers, hospitals, and other partners.
• Contribute to the integration of behavioral health and primary care services through collaborative care planning.
• Stay informed on current trends, evidence-based practices, and legislative updates relevant to psychiatry and behavioral health.
• Engage in continuing professional education and participate in clinical team meetings, trainings, and peer reviews.
• Promote a respectful and collaborative environment with staff, patients, and community partners.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications
