Serenity Healthcare in Austin, Texas is seeking a psychiatrist for a full‑time, outpatient‑only role with no on‑call obligations. The position offers a $300,000 base salary plus incentives and a realistic total compensation of $500,000+ with strong staff support.

Flexible schedule (4–5 days/week) and comprehensive benefits are provided, including medical, dental & vision coverage, 22 PTO days and 11 paid holidays.

Formación

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

• Outpatient-only psychiatry practice.
• No on-call duties; no after-hours obligations.
• Flexible schedule (4–5 days/week) with strong staff support.
