Provider’s Psychiatrist Role with the Company

The position is partially remote: 2 days from home, 3 days at our Worcester site.

Director in our behavioral health department, overseeing our Psych NPs.

• 16 supervisory hours and 24 clinical/patient facing hours per week.
• Staff composition: 1 VP of Behavioral Health, 2 Assistant Directors, 4 Psych NPs, 2 Psychiatrists, 2 Psychologists, and the rest of the 36‑person team includes Psychotherapists (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, Masters level Unlicensed) and Bachelors Level Social Workers.
• All outpatient, seeing all ages.
• No call for this role. Standard business hours (ideally starting between 8:00‑8:30 am and ending around 5:00 pm).
