Job summary

WellPsyche Medical Group is a physician-run Telepsychiatry leader actively hiring psychiatrists to provide quality care to children, adolescents, and adults. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate documentation, and collaboration with a supportive executive team to enhance patient outcomes.

Applicants must hold California licensure, have at least 1 year of psychiatry experience, and be proficient in both medication management and therapy within a flexible, technology-driven

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified psychiatrist in California.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a psychiatrist.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Support patients with compassionate care.
• Assess patients' current mental state.
• Develop and monitor a treatment plan to help patients improve.
• Maintain accurate and prompt patient documentation.
• Refer patients for psychiatry services when appropriate.
• Prescribe and monitor medications to improve patient health.
• Collaborate with executive team to create positive patient experiences and outcomes.

About the Role

• Your primary responsibility is to support patients with compassionate care
• You will conduct assessments of their current mental state
