Serene Health is looking for a part-time, board-certified Psychiatrist to join our outpatient team in Northbrook, Illinois. The psychiatrist will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and engage in collaborative care practices. The position is part-time, up to 20 hours per week, with no after-hours call.

The Psychiatrist provides outpatient psychiatric care using a patient‑centered, evidence‑based approach. This part‑time position (up to 20 hours per week, non‑benefit eligible) serves patients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. The role includes comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, psychopharmacologic management, and coordination of care within a multidisciplinary, team‑based model. The Psychiatrist practices within a collaborative care framework, partnering with therapists, advanced practice providers, primary care clinicians, patients, and—when appropriate—family members or guardians to optimize clinical outcomes. Experience in adolescent psychiatry is preferred. This position may also include responsibilities as a collaborating/supervising physician for nurse practitioners and other advanced practice providers in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
Pay range: $163.46 USD – $187.50 USD
